- Breakfast Berry Parfait -

HEalthy Recipe 2
- Ants on a log -

Ingredients:
  • Celery stalks (washed and cut into 3–4 inch pieces)
  • Peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
  • Raisins
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the "logs": Cut celery stalks into smaller pieces (3–4 inches each).
  2. Add the "mud": Spread peanut butter into the groove of each celery stick.
  3. Place the "ants": Press raisins into the peanut butter in a line.
